Credits are Vidma.AI’s virtual balance for supported AI image and video generation. The amount used varies by task, model, and generation settings.

You can get credits through paid subscriptions, one-time credit packs, and eligible registration, daily, or promotional rewards when those programs are available.

Credit packs can be purchased without an active subscription. Credits are added after payment is confirmed. Grant schedules and expiry rules follow the terms shown for the selected product and your account.

Yes. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time. Your paid benefits remain available through the current billing period, and remaining credits follow the terms under which they were granted.

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable policy, local law, and whether credits or generated content have already been used. Contact our support team so we can review the order.
